Questions

Can it change or delete my memories?
No. It only reads them. To add one back, copy it and ask ChatGPT to remember it.
How does it know what disappeared?
Each time you open it, it saves a snapshot in your browser. The next time, it compares and keeps the ones that are gone.
Can I move my memories to another account?
You can save them as Markdown, CSV or JSON, then ask the other account to remember the ones you want.
Is this made by OpenAI?
No. Memory Keeper is an independent extension by Otter Potter and is not affiliated with OpenAI.
