Prompt Shortcuts ("the extension") is a browser extension made by Otter Potter. We do not run servers, we do not use analytics or tracking, and we never sell data.

What the extension reads

When you press Tab in the message box on chatgpt.com, claude.ai, gemini.google.com or perplexity.ai, the few characters before the cursor, to see whether you typed ;name for a saved prompt. It reads nothing else.

What the extension sends

Nothing.

What the extension stores

The prompts you save (a name and the text), in your browser's extension storage. Removing the extension deletes them; export them first to keep a copy.

Chrome Web Store Limited Use

The use of information received will adhere to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Children

The extension is not directed at children under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date.
