Version Arrows for ChatGPT ("the extension") shows the other versions of edited and regenerated ChatGPT messages, and a list of a chat's prompts to jump between. It collects nothing. We do not run servers, we do not use analytics or tracking, and we never sell data.

What the extension reads

The extension runs only on chatgpt.com. When you open a chat, it reads that conversation from ChatGPT, the same data the ChatGPT page itself loads, using your existing ChatGPT sign-in. It uses it only to show the arrows, the other versions and the prompt rail on that same page.

It does not store your conversations, send them anywhere, or read any other site. The only requests it makes go to chatgpt.com.

What the extension stores

Nothing. It keeps the open conversation in memory while the page is open and forgets it when you leave.

Sharing

We do not sell, rent or share any data, and we do not use it for advertising. We never receive your data in the first place.

Chrome Web Store Limited Use

The use of information received will adhere to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Children

The extension is not directed at children under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date.
